Instructions to use

MASSAGE

The topical application through skin massage treats respiratory troubles.

Pour 1 drop in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil. Apply it on the chest and massage.

DIFFUSION

The diffuser should not heat essential oils.

BATH

To ease respiratory trouble, pour 10 drops of ravintsara essential oil and a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in warm bath water.
