Instructions to use
MASSAGE
In case of respiratory trouble such as nasopharyngitis,
pour 4 drops in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil. Then apply on the thorax and massage.
DIFFUSION
The diffuser should not heat essential oils.

BATH
To ease respiratory trouble, pour 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in warm bath water.
