Instructions to use
MASSAGE
The topical application through skin massage treats cramps.
In case of cramp, pour 1 drop in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil. Then rub the painful area.
BATH
To calm muscular pain, pour 10 drops of rosemary camphor essential oil and a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in warm bath water.
